Bladder cancer survival rates are highly correlated with bladder cancer staging. The overall 5-year survival rate for newly diagnosed bladder cancer is around 75%. It is important to note that this includes all stages. When broken down by stage, the 5-year survival rates for low-grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer is 95%. Five-year survival for high-grade T1 bladder cancer is around 80%, which decreases to around 50% for muscle invasive disease.
